In our deburring plant project, the cap nuts that have undergone processing are directly loaded into containers and fed to the elevator system. The elevator system transports the cap nuts to a vibrating sieve where they are cleansed of burrs. The cap nuts are then washed using a rotating helix line which utilizes special liquid mixtures to remove oil, dirt, and other impurities. Subsequently, the cap nuts are cleared of waste and placed into baskets, which are transported by fully automated robots.
